Together, we will create an individualized plan that supports your body’s natural healing, guiding you toward optimal health and long-term wellness.

This 60-minute session is tailored to address your child's specific health concerns. I will review their full health history, focusing on root cause assessment and using applied kinesiology to identify any underlying imbalances in their body. Whether addressing digestive issues, developmental concerns, or overall health, we will create a customized plan that nurtures your child’s growth and well-being naturally, while addressing their unique needs holistically.

Follow-Up Session (Adult)
In this 30-minute follow-up, we will review the progress of your health plan, reassess root causes, and address any new concerns. Applied kinesiology will continue to play a role in identifying ongoing imbalances that may be hindering your progress. This session provides the opportunity to refine your nutrition and lifestyle strategies, ensuring that you stay on track toward long-term health improvements.
Follow-Up Session (Child)
This 30-minute follow-up session is designed to monitor your child’s progress and make adjustments to their personalized care plan. We’ll evaluate changes in symptoms, dietary habits, and overall well-being while using applied kinesiology to identify any lingering imbalances. My goal is to provide ongoing, holistic care that not only alleviates symptoms but addresses underlying contributors to ensure your child’s continued growth and vitality.
